Directions
- Combine broccoli, chickpeas, red onion, carrot, and feta in a large bowl.
- Whisk Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Toss with the broccoli mixture and let stand 10 minutes.
- Warm the pitas briefly until pliable, then cut each in half or open the pocket carefully.
- Spread hummus inside each pita and fill evenly with broccoli-chickpea salad and cucumber or romaine. Serve promptly.

Large mixing bowl; small whisking bowl; toaster oven or BlueStar oven for warming pitas; Asahi Hi-Soft cutting board; Wüsthof IKON santoku or chef knife.
Food safety & storage
Keep yogurt, feta, hummus, and prepared filling refrigerated. Do not leave assembled sandwiches or filling at room temperature longer than 2 hours.
Leftovers & make-ahead
Refrigerate filling separately for up to 3 to 4 days; keep pitas dry and assemble just before eating for best texture.
